What You Need to Know
PAN Reviewers, review this page to learn more about system access and training that will apply for your role with the BruinBuy Plus go-live.
PAN Reviewers will review transactions via a reporting dashboard in BruinBuy Plus instead of a PAN notification through email.
All PAN Reviewers will be granted access to BruinBuy Plus to review transactions in the system. PAN Reviewers who are existing BruinBuy users will have the same access and authority as today, with additional access to review transactions. PAN Reviewers who are not currently in BruinBuy will have access to BruinBuy Plus but will not have any new purchasing authority.
Training for PAN Reviewers
As a PAN Reviewer, you will take a short training that addresses how to access the PAN Reviewer dashboard in BruinBuy Plus. Plan to set aside one hour for training. For more information, visit the BruinBuy Plus Training page.
